Under Delaware state law, Pinstruck Tattoos is permitted to tattoo and pierce minors ages 16 and older. However, there are several legal requirements that must be completed by the parent or legal guardian before any tattoo or piercing procedure can be performed.

These steps are required by the state to ensure proper consent and documentation for all minor clients

IN ACCORDANCE WITH DELAWARE STATE REGULATIONS YOU MUST HAVE OUR RELEASE FORM NOTARIZED WITH BOTH YOU AND THE MINOR SHOWING A FEDERAL OR STATE FORM OF PICTURE IDENTIFICATION SUCH AS DRIVER’S LICENSE, PASSPORT, MILITARY ID, ETC. TO BOTH THE NOTARY AND TO US. YOU MAY STOP IN AND PICK UP THE RELEASE FORM DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS OR YOU MAY CLICK THE LINK BELOW AND PRINT IT AT HOME.

At Pinstruck Tattoos, we place a strong emphasis on safety, professionalism, and responsible tattooing and piercing practices for all minor clients. Because of this, we do place limits on the services we provide to anyone under 18 years of age.

For tattoos, we do not tattoo minors on the face, neck, or hands. We also will not tattoo any area that would require undergarments or bathing suits to be moved or adjusted for access.

For piercings, we do not perform any surface piercings, nipple piercings, or genital piercings on minors under any circumstances.

All tattoo and piercing services are subject to approval, and any procedure may be refused at the discretion of the tattoo artist or piercer.

At Pinstruck Tattoos, all deposits are non-refundable. We require at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment in order to honor your deposit and reschedule your session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must contact the artist you are booked with directly. Failure to call or show up for your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

We understand that life happens and some situations are beyond your control. We’ll always do our best to work with you and get you rescheduled as soon as possible.

1.leave bandage on for two hours

2.wash gently with warm water and an antibacterial soap

and let it air dry

3. do not re-bandage the tattoo

4. begin using a&d ointment or aquaphore 2-3 times a day.

using a very small amount.

5. after 3 days moisturized with a plainn white or all

nautral hand lotion.

6. keep our of the sun,salt or chlorinated water for 10 days

7. use spf 30 sunscreen to avoid loss of color

8. any sort of peling, flaking or even SCABBING is normal

do not scratch or pick at the tattoo

• 
  Always wash your hands with soap and warm water before cleaning your piercing(s).

• Spray piercing saline solution on the front and back of the piercing(s) and let it air dry.

• After day 4, you’ll spray your piercing(s) with saline solution, then with a clean wet q-tip (either plain water or more saline). you’ll wipe the crusties off. let everything air dry afterwards. 

• You’ll clean your piercing(s) twice a day, everyday, for the entire duration of your healing time.

• No twisting, touching, or playing with the jewelry or your piercing(s) until fully healed

• No submerging the piercing in any body of water until the piercing(s) is fully healed 

• check either the gem or ball ends of your jewelry every so often to make sure it is night and tight 

• Do not remove or change the jewelry until the piercing(s) is fully healed. 

• ONLY use saline on your piercings. Never use any sort of ointments or medical sprays on the piercing site.
